In keeping with the save the date, we hand rendered the type for our invitations. As it is a personal day for us we wanted to put out own touch onto the invites, bringing smiles and excitement for the day. Consequently everyone we invited are attending. Printed on Color Plan, Pristine white, 350gsm - for invite & photo booth strip and 135gsm - for envelope

Wrapping paper, tag, card and envelope for Christmas 2008. I've always been interested in how the eye is lead by orthogonals, so I saw this as an opportunity to turn it into a feature.


A poster competition set by Studio Output.


The brief was the title: 'All I want for Christmas'. To reflect on the past year, I turned to the media for material and inspiration. The story involving Jonathan Ross and Russell Brand dominated news coverage for long periods and also highlighted the situation that many workers could face in the new year if they needed to search for work. The 'Pop Art' aesthetic reflected the material; for the type I created a face out of holly.
